I’m so happy you are here! If you’re curious to discover ways to improve the health of your pelvic floor as well as the core, hips and low back, you’ve come to the right place.

I’m Heather Barnes, PT, DPT, OCS., WCS, a board certified physical therapist and specialist in Women’s Health and Orthopedics with over 12 years of experience. I’ve created this space as a resource for those looking for care without the hassles of dealing with health insurance limitations and for those needing more flexibility in their care plans.

My experience and training allows me to address pelvic floor concerns such as incontinence and pelvic pain and also address other concerns such as low back pain, core strength, postpartum and breast cancer recovery.
